1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JectManager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms are between you and Tabaconda LLC, a Florida limited liability company, the operator of JectManager.

JectManager provides educational content intended to help individuals prepare for the PMP® certification exam. The content is:

• Provided for informational and educational purposes only
• Not official PMI® study material
• Not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or current with PMI® exam content at all times
• Not a substitute for official PMI® resources, the PMBOK® Guide, or accredited training programs
• Independently authored and not sourced from or endorsed by PMI®

3a. No Reproduction of Actual Exam Questions

All practice questions on JectManager are independently authored for educational purposes. JectManager does not reproduce, share, or derive content from actual PMI® exam questions. Actual exam questions are the exclusive proprietary property of the Project Management Institute, Inc. If you believe any content reproduces actual exam questions, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and remove it.

3b. No REP Status — Independent Platform

JectManager is not a PMI® Registered Education Provider (REP). Study materials are independently developed and are not approved, reviewed, or endorsed by PMI®. JectManager does not award PDU credits. For PDU-eligible training, refer to PMI's official Authorized Training Partner (ATP) directory at pmi.org.

4. No Warranty on Exam Outcomes

JectManager makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of this platform will result in passing the PMP® exam or any other certification. Exam pass rates depend on many individual factors including prior experience, study effort, and exam conditions. Practice exam scores within JectManager do not predict or guarantee real exam performance.

5. Permitted Use

You may use JectManager for your personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the platform without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service

6. AI Tutor

The AI Tutor feature is powered by Anthropic Claude. Responses from the AI Tutor are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on AI Tutor responses for exam preparation. Always verify information against authoritative sources. Do not input sensitive personal information (passwords, financial data, personally identifiable information unrelated to study) into the AI Tutor.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on JectManager — including but not limited to study chapters, practice questions, explanations, tools, and visual design — is © 2026 Tabaconda LLC. All rights reserved. PMI® terminology and frameworks are referenced under fair use for educational commentary.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TABACONDA LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TABACONDA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TABACONDA LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE SERVICE (WHICH IS $0 FOR FREE CONTENT).

10. Privacy

Your use of JectManager is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
